Hello, please help me to configure the SOS button.
It will be connected to the Digital Input 2.
Priority: High
Low Level: 0
High Level: 1

What would be the OPERAND and Averaging Constant in this case?
My panic button is something like this:

Best Regards
Jean

Hi Jean Paul, may I ask you where did you buy the button? Can you give to me some references? Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your question,

To correctly configure a event for panic button you may use the operand "On entrance"

The high/low level of digital input 2 should be configured as 1.

Find an example in the screenshot.

This would mean that if the button is pressed (the digital input 2 value is 1) an event would be generated. Average constant can be set as default.

To find more information on operands please check this link:

https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/I/O_settings#Operands

The average constant description is found here:

https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/I/O_settings#Avg_Const

Also you can configure the device to send a SMS message to a defined GSM number. To do this enter you GSM number in the "SMS / Call Settings" section, "GSM Predefined Numbers" tab. Then select the number in "Send SMS to" tab of "I/O" section.

Example:

SMS \ Call settings

I/O settings

Hope this helps,

Regards.

Hi,

If you set the priority of an event as Low,it will not send immediately.

To get a SOS event at the same time, you need to set the priority as High or Panic in IO settings configuration.

Thanks
