Hello,

Maybe the signal is too weak and the sensor is too far away from the device? Set it to highest strength on your device's bluetooth settings.
If it still shows value of 3000 after changing the settings - download Humiture Recorder application from Google Play Store on your phone. Then connect your sensor to app by entering sensor ID or by scanning it. Go to "Configure" and enter a password to connect. Default password is 000000. Find the TX power parameter and set it to max one: 4dBm.

Save new settings and your sensor should start showing proper values.
