Hello

I have problem with Fota WEB, my 200 devices are not updated information every 30 min. I can see "last login 4 hours ago" or 8 hours ago"

Is there a problem with your  server?

Hello,

At the moment we have no information that FOTA WEB servers would have any issues.

A few random devices were checked, and we can see that they are connecting to the server fine.

Yes. the Web Fota is working better from yesterday, but I have several units with "last login" 2 hrs ago, 7 hrs ago... and all devices are ON and they have the same configuration (without sleep mode and 30 minutes for update)

I have problem with update time again.

I have all my devices on line, withTime for Update every 30 min, and I can see in fota web "last connection 2 days ago"

Is there any problem in my account or in FOTA WEB?
