To answer in a better way, that product is Discontinued.

This is a product meant to replace the FM1110. You're better off getting a product to have support rather than not getting one without support.

You cannot find this configurator, because your device is locked for use with preconfigured operator.

Maybe this is BTS (БелТрансСпутник).
