Hello, 

Can't answer you in russian, but you should configure your FM900 to pair with your device if it has a "bluetooth" by entering configuration settings shown in added link:

You will need to get your external device MAC address and enable FM900's BT radio option. If done correctly you should be able to see FM900 in your configurator and connect to it via bluetooth.
