We have loaded three versions of the FM6300 Configurator, the older version v1.00.02.70 runs but display resolution is very small.

Loaded versions v1.00.02.54 and v1.00.02.82 and neither of these versions will run on the same machine as the above version.

What is the problem?

Could you first confirm a firmware version used by the device? Are you able to use configurator version 1.00.02.70, but the only issue is resolution? - Would you mind providing us the screenshots portraying the issue.

Are you not able to launch the configurator versions 1.00.02.54 and 1.00.02.82 on your PC? What kind of error you are having please provide a screenshot of the issue. If you are able to launch these configurators, would you mind checking if the device can be connected and found, please check the version of your firmware, the configurator should be used according to the firmware version installed in the device.
