Hello,

i have a problem by sending SMS from thr FMB204.

The device answers by SMS Command - e.f. "  ggps" - but on an I/O Event i doesnt receive a SMS.

But the SMS Counter counts SMS on the event.

Whats wrong?

Furtheremore - where i can download the latest Firmware fpr the FMB204?

Please contact your sales manager in order to receive the firmware file, firmware files are not shared in community forum.

Regarding the SMS issue,

Can you confirm that the device is able to send responses, but does not send SMS, when event is generated?

Would you mind checking if the GSM number of your phone is correctly added to the configuration - 'SMS \ Call settings' section, 'GSM Predefined number' ?

Is the authorized number selected in the configuration - 'I/O' section, 'Send SMS To', is the element enabled (priority low/high/panic), can you receive the event in your server?
