It's via online shop order, there is no sales manager.

When you say your sales manager? You mean contacting 'someone' from EuroDK shop or a sales manager from Teltonika?

Hi

If you purchased your product at 'eurodk', then contact eurodk and inform them of EMEI and Serial No. of the product you purchased from them, as well as your email address and ask if you can get an invitation to FOTA WEB.
