Question

Hello,
I was configuring new device and before making any changes i did firmware update to newest one (3.25.05.Rev.00) using Configurator ver. 1.2.13_C.001. After successful update, device is not visible on my pc using usb cable (It showed in configurator for like 5-10 sec, then it disappeared  without any specific signs).
I am able to send sms commands and getting response, so device seems to work.
Debugging with android device via bluetooth doesn't work - app crashes right after making connection with device.

Is there anything i could do to fix this problem or should i contact my seller and request warranty repair?

connect to device via terminal. send .info command.

Please provide what response device prints.

I tried again, after i connected device to pc and power supply, device shows in device manager for like 3-5 sec, then dissappear (with name like on photo below). Happening everytime i connect usb cable.

Because of that, i'm not able to connect via terminal. Both status and navigate leds are working without incorrect signs (correct according to manual).

Edit. I was able to connect somehow via terminal and send .info command.

Have you tried changing USB cable?

Because device obviously is not continiously restarting -> since it has uptime of ~30 min.

So im suspecting your usb cable is probably not having proper connection.

Also what FMB configurator software version are you using?
