Hi, i have a brand new FM3612, but the softwares don't recognize it.

It shows up in windows device manager as Virtual COM5, but both the configurator and the firmware updater doesn't connect to the device. The device is on with the led on and my pc has the device drivers.

What should i do?

Meaning led is always on and not blinkig or anything?

Tried unplugging battery and then connecting power to device?
