Hi, I did not understand the question. During the tracker firmware, the program crashed and the tracker remained in firmware mode. The configurator does not define it now.

You should change your response type answer -> comment.

Download latest FW: 00.02.28 (archive password: 1234)

Connect your device to power source and connect to it via RS232 -> to PC. Port 1/2 cable.

launch fw updater -> select correct COMX port -> update.

See if that helps. If not inform there is another way to update also.

During this firmware, the device went into sleep mode. Status led slowly blinks and that's it. The configurator does not define it.

hello, what is another way to update?

You still did not answer - if device is printing CCCCCC via RS232 port or not.

Because if it isnt - then device FW is working. And device for some reason is simply in sleep mode as you are saying.

But if device IS printing CCCC -> then it has only bootloader and does not have FW -> in this case -> you have to update FW.

So please tell me - does device print CCCC when you power it on and connect to it via RS232 port1/2 cable -> to PC?

Can you provide remote access?

Teamviewer / anydesk?

Maybe today/tomorrow?

You can send me the details via private message.
