I can't find the difference between FM6300 and FM6320 on your original page. Is it a completely different device?

FM6300 FM6320 are the same FM6x family devices, which share same functionality and have one main difference - 3G/GSM modules:

• FM6320 - Telit He910-GL
• FM6300 - Quectel UC20-G
