Lo cual los configuramos para reportes cada 30 segundos pero siempre hay problemas o no reportan o reportan fuera del tiempo asignado (el firmware actualizado)

Hello,

As I understand in your configuration send period is 30 seconds, but you getting data to server more often? Send period describe how often device will try to make attempts to send collected data to server. How often device will collect data depends of min period, min angle and min distance. And if data link timeout is opened, device will send data to server independently to send period.
