Hello.

I am using the 0.17.9_C.008 configurator with the FMB964 and I see the device as not supported

Which configurator should I use with FW 03.10.09 Rev:00?

FMB964 is able to transmit its current state when it is connected to PC using USB (Terminal COM4)

If you are using Firmware version 03.10.09 please download the version of configurator attached in the link:

https://community.teltonika-gps.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=9374385255967332823

This should solve your issue since it seems that configurator version 0.17.9 does not support your firmware version.
