Hi Teltonika,

This is urgent for us,

We are not getting response of SMS commands from FMB Devices, The question is that earlier we  received response from FMB 120 device but now we not receiving response of any SMS command from same device which responded earlier.

Even we are not receiving reply of <space><space>getgps command.

Can you please help us to sort this out.

Please confirm the statements below:

1. Is the device in a Deep Sleep mode?
2. Are there any authorized numbers set? If so, are you sending SMS commands from the authorized number?
3. Are there no SMS logins and SMS passwords set?
4. Obviously, is the device turned on?
5. What is the firmware version of your device?

Please attach a log file of at least 10 minutes when your are attempting to send an SMS message to your device if possible.

1. Is the device in a Deep Sleep mode?-----Don't Know, Can i disable deep sleep mode by sms ? Because device is in client vehicle.
2. Are there any authorized numbers set? If so, are you sending SMS commands from the authorized number?---Yes, authorised number set, and we are using authorise no. to send sms.
3. Are there no SMS logins and SMS passwords set?---No SMS login and SMS password, we use two spaces before.
4. Obviously, is the device turned on?------Yes device is turned  on and it is updating 
5. What is the firmware version of your device?----FMB.Ver.03.09.01.Rev.00.XIM and FMB.Ver.03.10.03.Rev.00.XIM 

Taking log file is to hard for us because the vehicle is device is with client.
