I've got three new FM36M trackers and have installed the VCP 64 bit drivers on three different machines now, all running Windows 10. The driver doesn't even appear unless I force it to install for Legacy devices. Even then it won't start so it's impossible to configure or communicate the devices. Any hints? My google searches are turning up much and I'm not seeing much on your site either?

Hi there,

Make sure FM36 is connected to power supply (10-30V) . Detailed user manual can be found here https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/FM36M1

I realize now I should have been more clear. The FM36 is hooked to power and appears to be collecting data. The issue is that the driver under device manager is unable to start and updates do not find a newer driver. I need to be able to configure the FM36 with the proper sim and apn settings among others to even get the data off of it. I've tried multiple cables in case one was bad and multiple computers. All with the same inability to start the driver on device manager.
