GH3000 is fairly old device and do not support any remote update solution.
To update your GH3000 personal tracker special configurator 'Track Assistant' should be used.

FOTA software solution is used for most FMxxxx devices. And FOTA WEB solution is used for most FMBxxx devices remote configuration and update.

If you want to use any of this solution for FMxxxx devices remote update please contact your Sales manager or your device Distributor. Same applies for RPC code of your device. IMEI of your device will be required to supply you with this code.I am unable to provide you an RPC code on crowd forum.
We will help you to unlock the device, but before we do, please send us proof of purchase to make sure that device belongs to your company.
