To get an RPC code for your GH3000 device you will need to contact your sales manager. IMEI of your device will be required to supply you with this code.
I am unable to provide you an RPC code on crowd forum.

thank you for your help I appreciate but concerning GH3000 need its RPC password is there no way to solve the problem I can't reach my sales manager as the device was agift to my manager time long ago before even I get the job so there is no person to refer to for this problem and I have a question isnot reseting the device or updating firmwarm will solve the problem

As I have mentioned previously - we are unable to provide RPC's on Crowd forum. Device reset will not solve this as it is locked and it will only be unlocked with RPC.
If you are unable to reach your sales manager or distributor, you should contact Teltonika https://teltonika.lt/company/contacts/ and you will be directed to responsible region sales manager.

is  update firmware  will not work either  i try but it say port opened is this because it is blocked knowing that when performing update firmware does not ask for a password or RPC or because I make update in a wrong way

and is the password command 0000 from terminal is the password the device had or this command give the device anew password that I set other than the old one
