I have a FMB640. It has dutch SIM card, but provider claims it can be used abroad.
As soon as I leave The Netherlands into Belgium, FMB640 finds Belgian operator, but GPRS is always de-activated.
I can not find a way to activate GPRS when out of Netherlands.
Firmware version 00.03.04. Configuration 4.9.0.0
Only 1 SIM installed

I tried different settings in configurator, but no succes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello.

Have you checked with your GSM sim operator?

I.e. does this sim you are using - support GPRS @ roaming (ie in Belgium) ? Maybe it doesnt support roaming GPRS?

Regards

Thanks for your answer.

I checked with GSM SIM operator, and they claim it supports GPRS when roaming.
I don't know if this is true or not.

I'll ask again.

Thanks anyway.

Update:

Problem is fixed.
GSM SIM operator provided wrong info for APN settings.
With updated settings it all works.
