Since I installed a new firmware my FMC920 is not accessible from the configurator. I want to install a new firmware but I can't access the device beause it returns 'not supported'.

How can I change the firmware of my FMC920 or reset the device to add my new firmware?

Hello, thanks for answering but i cannot access to my fmc920 from configurator because of the error 'not supported' so i cannot change the firmware of my device.

Hi Theo,
Yes you cannot change the Firmware of the device if it shows not supported, so I recommend you to change the Configurator that you are using where you may find the available for FMC920 on this list: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Teltonika_Configurator_versions#For_FMC920.2C_FMM920_series

Otherwise, can you share the Firmware loaded on your device?

My firmware version is 03.28.05 Rev04, it was given to me by teltonika and i already tried with the last configurators for fmc920 and its not working, i send an email to teltonika to reset my fmc920. Thanks for your answers.
