I bought a fmb920 device from WiFiNation seller on Amazon, I asked him to give me access to FotaWeb platform but he says:
"I am very sorry but our distributor is saying that device was not sold by them this means it was not sold by us and they cant do anything else with it. You need to check who else sold you this device. We had this problems in the past. You need to talk to Teltoinika directly. "
I also sent my IMEI and invoice. How do I get the FotaWeb account?
