Question

I have a problem with FMC640 device.
When device go to OnlineDeepSleep it not respond to sms commands and does not met connectionTimeout.
When connect gprs in OnStop interval window, it sends data and disconnects immedietly with no timeout.
It causes device unaccessible remotely until any Ignition or Movement signal is generated.
What could I check?

I already placed issue on vip helpdesk, and I'm in touch with engeeneer, but I ask here, maybe somebody from community got the same behavior.
