Hi all,

on all the messages that the device sends to my server the value of ignition and motion are always set to true (even when the car is stopped and off for many hours).
If it can help, it's connected to a CAN Control module.
How can I solve this problem?

Hello

Please verify the configuration of the device and check what is the source of Ignition and source of movement which of the parameters determines the ignition/movement value for "true" and change/adjust your settings.
