I have a MacBook Pro with M1 Processor.

I am running Windows 11 with Parallels.

The configurator runs and I can see the virtual port TM25.

The software however fails to connect to the FMB920.

I’m desperate to setup the unit the Configurator. It worked on my older machine which had an Intel processor though.

Hello

Configurator operates on Microsoft Windows OS and uses prerequisite MS .NET Framework.

Please verify the instruction from the link below

Best regards

This isn't the problem, the problem is the Teltonika drivers for Windows ARM don't exist yet. .NET and the configurator app can be installed happily, thanks to the Windows translation layer, but the drivers can't. So Teltonika needs to make Windows ARM drivers to make it work on all modern and future Macs.

I don't think we'll be able to until Teltonika create drivers for the m2 or ARM chips, rather than the existing intel chips. The configurator app works because that's translated through the windows translation layer, but the drivers can't be. Until Teltonika creates ARM drivers, we are stuck.

Quite frankly they really need to work on a native mac drivers and app. It's hard to continue using their products if I can't configure them on my ARM mac. But at the very least they need to make Windows ARM drivers.
