Hi! I have such issue with FMB110 and the configurator ver. 0.17.9_C.008
I also have tried v0.13.17.27883_C.002. There is no effect. 
It would be good to find solution.

Hello,

It seem that your FMB100 has old firmware . Please update to the latest version and use correct configurator that comes with it.

Download FMB100 latest base firmware, configurator, user manual  from here:

You can use firmware updater software from: https://wetransfer.com/downloads/d99b91a130608302c1c434eadb1105d420190126021335/ad15ee

To update your device's FW to latest 03.18.16+ from the above FTP.

Just place *.e.XIM file into same .exe directory as this FW updater application.

What is your timezone?

When (hours) could you setup remote access to this device? (teamviewer/anydesk etc)

Device lost imei after fw update, need to restore it.

Hello, I have the same issue with my FMU130, it is showing Not Supported, can you please send me the firmware updater software.
