Hello,

I have noticed that sometimes I receive records with longitude 0 and latitude 0 from the device. I would like to know what could be the possible causes of this situation.

Hello.

Yes it is possible to generate records with zero coordinates. Device had no GPS fix so position could not be obtained.

You can change configuration so that record is generated only when device has GPS fix:
