First of all, Insert your SIM card into the mobile phone to make sure you can make/receive calls, send/receive SMS, check if you can browse the Internet.
Afterward, Insert the SIM into the device. SIM card insertion instructions for each device can be found in the First Start section of the appropriate device. e.g. https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB920_First_Start
Furthermore, make sure that the APN Settings that are configured on the device are the correct ones. (Teltonika Configurator > GPRS > GPRS Settings).
If the issue still persists, please send SMS Commands "getstatus", "getver" and "getinfo" from your cellphone to one of the devices that encounter this issue and then forward me the responses.
SMS command structure example :
- If you have set SMS login and password : login pass getstatus
- If SMS login and password are not set, leave two spaces before command : getstatus
