I want to use the Eye Sensor to count the number of impact that an item receives.

I was wondering if is there any way to configure the accelerometer sensitivity and ODR to detect impacts instead of general movements, so the movements counter will reflect the number of impacts and that movement events will be triggered only with an impact?

Because I can't find any sensitivity adjustment for the movement event in the Eye Sensor APP

Hello.

EYE Sensor accelerometer sensitivity is not configured. You can adjust movement/stop detection and timeouts it takes to register movement / stopping:

https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/EYE_SENSOR_/_BTSMP1#Advanced_configuration:_Sensor_reading_and_events

Movement counter is available as a flag:

https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/EYE_SENSOR_/_BTSMP1#Protocol_description

For impact detection with configured accelerometer threshold please use crash detection scenario with FM device
