We have tested few Eye Sensors with FMB 130 devices in Refrigerated vehicles and issue is that the eye sensors are not getting connected via Bluetooth with device if fixed inside refer container and when door of container is closed. Distance between FMB130 and eye sensor is not more than 3 meters. Can you please suggest us feasibility and settings to increase the connectivity range of bluetooth, so that sensor can connect with GPS device via bluetooth when door of container is closed and can transmit temperature and humidity readings to GPS device.

Thanks for reaching out

As any Bluetooth device Eye sensors transmission is affected by physical barriers, with that in consideration, I would try a different device and install it in the same chamber as the eye sensors so BLE communication issues will be prevented.

If I put the tracker device inside the container I need to take care of two main issues:

- I may have low or none GNSS and GSM signal: Ask your Sales manager about Devices with external GNSS and GSM antennas(FMX125 and FMX64X series).
