Teltonika ignores questions about hardware problems. What's going on, is this normal? If we buy the company's equipment, then we can't count on technical support?
We had a problem with one of the trackers — FMT100. We wrote a question to info@teltonika.lt. On November 24, the employee answered, said that she would refer the question to the relevant department. No one else contacted us.
Then we wrote a question through the support form. On November 29, we were contacted by a staff member who said that she would register our issue with the support team and let us know when she received a response.
Today is December 2nd. There are no responses from tech support. Do you have technical support? If so, what are the normal response times?
