Hi all, our project consists of receiving data of sensors coming from racing cars or motorbikes running in a circuit. Racing cars are connected to a data center through a mesh network. The data should be sent to a data center located in the same circuit on the same ethernet.

Data we want to have in real time are:

1. Speed

2. GPS position

3. G-force: The values of acceleration, brake, lateral

4. (for motorbikes only): inclination

5. connecting to the data port of the car we want to have RPM and gear number

The board should be connected through RJ45 port to the mesh radio and it could be perfect if it is powered over ethernet cable.

How could you transfer data from vehicle to data center over ethernet?
