Hello,

I'm trying to figure out about wiring scheme for rfid reader but on teltonika website says: 

Wiring

White wire – 1-wire data, Brown wire – power supply, Green - ground.  but I dont see a brown wire on rfid reader

Hello.

Please refer to your RFID reader documentation and verify how it schould be connected. Wires colours may be different, if your reader is equipped with only 2 wires, it could be powered with parasitic power:
