Hello, i'm trying to use the immobilizer feature, and I'm having some problems

When i turn the ignition ON and put the beacon next to the tracker, my DOUT1 is release and I receive a pack with the ID 248, this event dont send to me the ID from the Beacon that release

i know the event ID 385 send me the list from the beacons connecteds.

Have some way to add the ID from Beacon that release in the package ID 248? I need to know who ID release the tracker

Hello

DOUT1 should be relase only then your Beacon ID is on your Beacon list and  will be detected by the device

Unfortunately you cannot put your Beacon Id in AVLID248

Information about the EYE ID of the Beacon that is nearby can be found in AVLID 385 because the Beacon Detection function will send only Beacon from the Beacon list to your the server.
