Hello, i'm trying to use my Eye Beacon like as a driver identifier, when I turn the ignition to ON, my DOUT1 is setted to 1 (ok, it's what should happen) and i recev a package with the Event ID 248 and after i put the Eye Beacons close to the tracker it start to send roaming data (this scenario is ok)

The problem is when i turn the ignition to OFF, the tracker sends packages with Event ID 248 each 20 seconds (average) and this is flooding my database, how can i turn off this event when the ignition is off? Or increase this value.

My data acquisition when the ignition is OFF is 3600 seconds (1 hour)

Hello Guilondero

Thank for your Query

Seems to be a configuration issue, and we would like to analyse it deeply.

As the configuration file may contain private information I would suggest reaching out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contacting your Sales Manager/Distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill out the form and submit it.

Note: as a topic, please choose "Vehicle Telematics" or you can send an e-mail with the description of your situation to info@teltonika.lt

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards.

Hi Guilondero

As indicated above it seems to be a configuration issue, so we need to analyse your configuration... for that you need to send us your configuration file(.cfg) which may contain private information as (APN, APN user, APN pass, Server, Port, GSM numbers, RFID ID numbers, etc)... my bad, I did not clear it enough.

Please contact us using my first comment directions, and we will help you.

Best regards
