I have installed a FMB204 and designers are working on connecting it right now (it isn't yet sending data and getting an ACK.

It is fixed to a trailer with solar power. The "last start time" is changing frequently (every few hours). What does this mean?

FMB204 appears to be powered and working fine. Internal battery dropped overnight but is now re-charging from about 50%.

Hello.

Last start time is last time when device was started.

If this time changes, it means that your device was reset. One of the reasons when the device's firmware can force a reboot is the inability to connect to the server for a longer time.
