Hi everyone!

I bought FMM920 tracker and Truphone simcard, as based on their coverage map (https://www.truphone.com/things/plans/coverage/) they provide LTE-M connectivity in country where I stay - Poland.

I have activated the card, put it into the tracker and made some basic configuration (APN, Disable sleep), but the tracker seems to have problems with keeping the GSM signal - once it's "Excellent signal", then after 1 minute it's "No signal" and then after a few minutes it's "Excellent" again. Moreover GPRS status is "Deactivated" all the time. Does anybody have any idea why is it like that? Why it's constantly loosing the signal and can't use GPRS?

And the other thing - is there any place in the Configurator where I can check if the tracker is using LTE Cat M network at the moment? As I mentioned, I bought simcard from Truphone, but I'm not sure if the connection really goes through LTE Cat M, or maybe it uses 2G, which would be quite dissapointing.
