We are using 10-15 devices, including FMC125 & FMC130, they use work fine but sometimes the devices send data for the previous date/time. How can we rectify this issue or manage it on the Server side using SDK?

Hello.

I'm not sure if I understand the issue, for that moment I see two options:

- device is configured to send records to "always" - with this option records will be generated even there is no GPS fix and Time synchronization:

- device sends records that were saved in its internal memory starting from oldest:

Hi Janusz,

Thanks for your quick response. As you mentioned we are using the following options currently:

  • Time Synchronization - After Time Sync
  • Records Settings -
    • Open Link Timeout - 300
    • Response Timeout - 30
    • Network Ping Timeout - 0
    • Sort By - Oldest
    • ACK Type - AVL
These are the current settings...
