Hello Tektonika Team,

We have a problem with the connection to the gps server. We have invested a lot of time in this but unfortunately the gps tracker will not connect to the server. 

We have tried with https://www.gpswox.com/ server. I was also in contact with the support from https://www.gpswox.com/. They told me to contact Teltonika directly. The settings of the gps server are all correct. 

Because I don’t have a windows computer I have sent some SMS comments to the gps tracker for the configuration. 

Please see screenshots

IMEI: 869738066041182

We have tried with two different sim cards from two different providers. 

Our gps tracker is Teltonika FMM001.

Unfortunately it didn’t work to connect with the server. 

Please help us to solve this problem.

Please provide screens.

With getstatus command GPRS connection schould be verified:

If device has active GPRS, please use getrecord command to generate record and send it to the server:

Have you configured proper server domain or IP, port number and protocol in GPRS settings ?

Hello.

I see that device 869738066041182 connects with Fota Web server - means that APN is properly configured in device.

In device configuration APN has no username and password, only APN name: business.gprsinternet

Please try: flush 869738066041182,business.gprsinternet,,,138.201.205.20,6027,0

Have records been sent ?

You can verify number of records stored in device memory (which were not sent) with getinfo command.

Is your device registered on gpswox server ?

Parameters 2002 and 2003 were blank in device configuration, there was no need to configure them

2. I dont have window computer for log

3. it is possible make a firmware update via Fota Web, can you sent me the login

VIP ticket can be opened on Teltonika VIP Helpdesk. If you bought device directly from Teltonika - please contact your Sales Manager. If you bought device from another supplier, please contact them and ask for support, they could open new ticket.

It is possible to update device via Fota Web. To get login, please contact your supplier.

Please note, that we do not share any files and accounts on Crowd support.
