How to create it on wialon?

Hi Greetings!

You need to create a GPRS command using wialon

use the GPRS command getver

Reference: FMB getver - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

Here are the steps.

1. In Wialon go to units

2. Select your unit and open unit properties.

3. Click commands and select new

4. put the command name, command type is custom message.

5. without parameters and put the gprs command getver

After creating the GPRS command , you can send this to the device and get that information that you need.

It isn't online.

I did this teltonika as fm5300. I need to configure it with sms commands. It accept the commands, but do not connect with wialon.

I used

setparam 1245 193.193.165.165
setparam 1246 20445
setparam 1242 internet.beeline.kz 1243 1244

I did. It doesn't work still.

I've got doubt if it is FM5300.

This is the only picture that can help us to define this device. And the info from client.

Can you check if the simcard that is used by the client still have data balance to connect to wialon or any server?

Yes, it has. And also it sends me anwers.
