I am currently working in a project in which a company requires that the devices send information to the server every second, this with FMB920 devices.
I have changed the settings in the data acquisition so while moving, the min period is 1 ,distance,angle,speed delta is 0 ,save records an send period is set to 1 second in all of the different modes(Home,roaming,unknown).
However it seems that in some cases, the information is not received every second, but rather between 2-5 seconds, and in some cases 10.

I would like to ask if there is another setting that i should change, for this purpose.

Hello.

There is no additional settings that schould be changed in Data Acquisition configuration.

If device doesn't send records every 1 second, you schould verify if it is in Moving mode. Device is in Moving mode when movement status (AVL id 240) = 1. The delays can be also from the server side, please verify in server logs how it responds to received packets

If issue can not be resolved, please create ticket in VIP Helpdesk and provide logs (dump) from device, configuration file and device IMEI for analyzis.
