Hello, I have an fmm125 and I am using the QR reading in the RS-485 port, my problem is that it does not save the information and if the device does not have connectivity or the signal is lost, does anyone know of a solution or another teltonika device what if you store it in the buffer

What is the sensor or device that you wanted to integrate with FMM125?

Please note that you need to consider the following for RS485 integration.

1. You need to select the right mode for RS485

2. If you are using a sensor there is a specific BAUDRATE value, PARITY from the datasheet that you need to follow.

3. In case you were not able to get the received the data, use a TCP or UDP listener for testing.

4. Make sure your connection is correct.

Note for RS485 the connection should be 

A to A

B to B
