Hello there, so i've got some of your FMB920 devices, but im having troubles with connecting them via USB cable, after installing your USB drivers Teltonika Configurator still doesn't see the terminal, but I can connect it via Bluetooth

Would you please give some advices how to fix it?

In this case, we would like to recommend to try to download and install COM Driver by instructions, which you can find here.

Please try to do that and let us know if it worked.

Hello again, I did this several times, using your intruction named "How to install USB drivers (Windows)", but anyway Teltonika app doesn't see FMB920, but I can connetct it via Bluetooth
