25468: EYE Sensor FW Update problem

I have a problem with the eye sensor, after I click on the firmware update through the app, it is saying "Missing Firmware" now and its named changed to OTAServiceMgr.

Also, it is not now showing the sensor temp, humidity, etc data.

If click again to update FW, it is failing and shows "Something wrong [not found FW header characteristic]".

What can be done here to make it function normally again.
