Question

FMB920 is installed along with a tz-bt04 sensor but for moments FMB920 doesn't recognize the sensor and shows 300 °C of temperature and 0% baterry https://prnt.sc/iDTYcrUEpzZQ. Please your help to solve this issue. I've already configured NonStopScan for the FMB920.

Hello,

thank you for reaching out. It could be that the sensor data is being cleared periodically due to this parameter being configured to some low value. Please try setting data clear period to 0 as in the screenshot below.

My sensor a  tz-bt04 is set on the 0 sec but is going offline all the time and always showing 31 degrees. It only starts reading after I connect FMB003 to my laptop to investigate what is happening.
