I have followed the wiring diagram to connect my FMB140 to a Ford Fiesta Trend 2013 but it does not detect the CAN.

What could be the issue?

Thank you very much for contacting us.

 

Please make sure to use the “FORD_FIESTA_TREND_2013_en.pdf” connection diagram and Program Number “11175” and the connections are good. Please try the two available options for CAN 1 connections here.

Note: You can also try the FMB140 autoscan feature here.

Before proceeding, please make sure the internal CAN adapter is updated to the latest software. – Ref.: CAN adapter update via FOTA WEB.

 

If the issue persists – please contact your sales manager so we can better analyze the issue and provide a solution.
