Hi, I have installed the pair FMB130+CAN-CONTROL. They are correctly connected and configured.
When I'm connected to the FMB130 by Teltonika Configurator, I can see all the CAN parameters read by FMB130. It also receives and executes the commands sent by GPRS/SMS (lvcanclosealldoors, etc.).

But, It doesn't send the CAN lectures (fuel tank, rpm, door status, ...) in the AVL data packet to the TCP server.

Does anyone have any idea??

Thanks

Hi FMX130 + CAN-Control will only work perfectly if you have configured the CAN Adapter.
1. Go to the CAN Adapter.

2. Select the Scan button - If you dont have the schematic diagram of the vehicle kindly follow this link for more info: FMB140 autoscan feature instructions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

3. If you have access to VIP helpdesk kindly create a ticket to request for the Vehicle schematic diagram,

4. If you have the schematic diagram, kindly follow the connection schemes, put the program number for that vehicle.

5. Make sure to enable the parameters that you want to receive from your server by changing the priority from none to Low or High Priority.

6. Make sure that you have integrated the AVL ID for CAN on your server.  FMB130 Teltonika Data Sending Parameters ID - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

If you need additional help, kindly contact your sales manager and create a VIP Helpdesk ticket.

If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. Ok, thanks for your information.

So, I guess that the problem was that I thought that Priority was related only with events. But It's mandatory to activate it for all the parameters that you want, at least, to receive.

Thaks for the help, best regards
