I have a problem with program numbe; I did autoscan, software update  and it doesn't work

my current program number is 11120. can you help me how to update program number?

May I know if you have performed the auto-scan as suggested on our Wiki page - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB140_autoscan_feature_instructions
