Hi here is sms feedback about my lv can 
Prog:0 SWDate:000000 SWRev:0 KernVer:0 Opt:0 ST:0x00 ID:0x0000000000000000  

Does it mean there is no communication between lv can and fmb640 or is this accurate data about the LVCAN?

If it is accurate, how do I update the SW DAte

Hello

That's exactly right.

This means that there is no proper connection between the LVCAN adapter and the FMB640 device

Verify this manual, reconnect and check please

Hi I emailed my local representative with no response from them and also tried info@teltonika .. How can we get this problem resolved asap because its taking really long and I have some customers waiting
