I installed  FMB920 tracking device and configured it using the teltonika configurator then it made the first 13 AVL records. After that it never made any further records even when the vehicle was moving.

I have attached data acquisition settings from my configuration file below:

Data Acquisition settings are not the only parameter that affects the data sending. Also you need to check other menues as system settings and GPRS settings for example. Check on the following link to know more about FMB920 configuration posibilities:

Thanks for your reply. My devices are sending data to the server without a problem, but the data that is being sent does not change meaning that I don't get the latest records. For example, as I am writing this comment I am receiving data with two records and with timestamps dating 10 days ago. I have been searching the web for possible solutions hopelessly, it seems as if no one else has ever encountered this situation. I am willing to provide further information such as log files and configuration files in case you might want to look into the situation. Thank you again.
