I have a FMB140 firmware FMB.Ver.03.27.07.Rev.00 and I need to install it on a volkswagen amarok. I try to do the autoscan manually, following the instructions for connecting the cables in the wiki, but the scan always times out. The SMS command lvcangetinfo replies: Prog: 11120 SWDate: 211115 BootVer: 25 HWVer: 73 Opt: A ST: 0 Protocol: 4 ID: 0x007600B10E2030302D37304E55344E and the SMS command lvcancheck replies: CAN1: 0x00, CAN2: 0x00, CAN3: 0x00 I would like to understand where the error lies: if in the connection, but I have checked it repeatedly, or if I have to update the firmware / software LVCAN; other possibilities? Thanks for the reply. I have carefully read the instructions on the autoscan in the wiki page and carefully checked the contacts and prerequisite instructions, unfortunately I do not get any program number and the autoscan times out. I am aware that to get software updates I have to connect to the FOTA web after contacting my sales manager. I was wondering what the SMS command response lvcancheck meant which is: CAN1: 0x00, CAN2: 0x00, CAN3: 0x00, but it doesn't match any response data listed on the wiki page: https: //wiki.teltonika-gps. com / view / FMB_lvcancheck

Hello,

after receiving the invitation to the FOTA web I updated the firmware of the internal can adapter, the process was successful. I tested the FM140 again on the VW Amarok, but I still get no data. I tested the can bus resistance from the obd2 connector and it turns out 66 ohms and the voltage is 2.5v for CANH and 2.3 for CANL with engine running. The model of the vehicle is VOLSWAGEN AMAROCK from 2020 and the VIN is WV1ZZZ2HZLH016751
